The first time I met with Rowenna and Gavin, she was enquiring straight away about getting together before the wedding for a little camera time. I absolutely LOVE when brides are eager to get practising for their Big Day so couldn't wait to get it in the diary!
With the lovely pair living on the Wirral it was the perfect excuse for us to meet for their Engagement Shoot at the Sheldrakes Restaurant which I'd been desperate to do a shoot at for as long as I can remember! As I got there, I did wonder whether the mud and sludge may have actually made this a bad idea but as soon as I heard happy yelps of "IT'S LIKE AN APOCALYPSE!!" from Rowenna's son over in a boat somewhere, I knew we were on to a winner!
We spent the afternoon chatting about their wedding (at Inglewood Manor in July - SO excited!), trying to avoid sinking sand, capturing some gorgeous looks of love and even had some time for a few family shots.. Including one of the cutest and most energetic pooches I've ever met in my life!
