A twinkly, winter wedding at Grange Barn, Cheshire - Katie and Neil

A festive, winter wedding does bring a little bit of extra magic; the crisp air, the twinkling lights, the buzz of Santa looming… I just love it!

Katie and Neil had exactly that, whilst Katie got ready with her girls at her parents house in Tarporley, Neil and the boys sank a few pints and settled their nerves at The Swan whilst guests congregated with excitement about the upcoming ceremony.

The service took place at the local church, just a stone’s throw from Katie’s parents house meaning that her and her Dad and bridesmaids could stroll there, being waved and beeped at by local villagers.

The confetti tunnel which I always adore was the biggest one I have ever seen - spanning the whole way from the church doors all the way to the car. From there we went on to do a few couple shots at one of Katie’s favourite spots with Beeston Castle in the background. It’s quite important to not only take some time out for just the two of you, but also if you’re wanting some gorgeous portraits of the two of you it’s essential to get them as early as possible just to make sure there’s natural light!

From there we went to the gorgeous Grange Barn, a rustic and relaxed venue tucked away in the heart of Cheshire. The venue was adorned with fairy lights and beautiful rich coloured flowers which only added to the warmth. Guests shared platters of delicious food whilst the speeches took place, swiftly followed by an epic party with a killer band meaning the dance floor was full of life and most importantly never, ever empty!

Thank you so much for having me, Katie and Neil - I loved being a part of your beautiful day! Xoxo
